Hands-on activities designed to inspire and educate students of all ages.
Welcome to our Dynamic Earth Science Workshop, designed to educate and inspire primary school students passionate about geology through an engaging exploration of our planet.
This workshop supports students in developing a clear understanding of key geological concepts and the structure of the Earth. It offers an exciting journey into the forces and processes that continuously shape our ever-changing planet, fostering curiosity and a deeper interest in Earth science.
Through interactive activities, guided discussions, and hands-on experiments, students will explore dynamic geological phenomena and gain insight into the powerful processes that define the world around us.
Earth’s history and its Structure
Our young geologists will discover the layers that make up our planet and look back to the moment when this blue planet was formed.
Continental Drift Challenge
Unveil the mysteries behind Earth’s restless movement as we explore the theory of plate tectonics. Your students will have the opportunity to recreate the early continent Pangea through hands-on activities that will help investigate the continental drift.
Weathering & Erosion Lab – Shaping the Earth
Participants will learn about erosion, weathering processes, and the impact of water, wind, and ice on our environment. Engaging activities will demonstrate how these natural forces sculpt the Earth’s surface.
Natural Disasters
Gain insights into the science behind natural disasters such as volcanoes, earthquakes and tsunamis. Your students will learn about the causes and effects of these events and explore how communities can better prepare and mitigate their impact.
Rock Cycle Exploration
Dive into the fascinating journey of rocks on our planet. Your students will have the opportunity to explore real samples of gems and minerals and discover the three main types of rocks that form our planet.
